WhatsMyESG (“WME”) is operated by Vertexium Environmental Solutions, a Dallas, Texas-based environmental consulting practice. Email is the fastest way to reach us; we route incoming messages by address.

During the pre-launch period, the privacy and security mailboxes alias to info@. Either address reaches the same operations queue. After launch, dedicated mailboxes are reviewed by their named owner.
2. Office Hours & Response Window
- Office hours:9:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Response SLA (general):best-effort one to three (1–3) U.S. business days for info@ messages.
- Response SLA (privacy requests):we acknowledge within ten (10) calendar days and substantively respond within forty-five (45) days under CCPA/CPRA, with one extension as permitted, or within thirty (30) days under GDPR with one extension as permitted by Art. 12(3).
- Response SLA (security): we acknowledge within three (3) U.S. business days and substantively update within fourteen (14) U.S. business days. See Security § 9 for the coordinated-disclosure policy.

We currently operate without a published street address. If you need a postal address for a verified legal notice or regulator-driven request, email info@whatsmyesg.com and we will provide one in reply once we have verified the request.
4. What Not to Send by Email
- Do not send credit-card numbers, full bank credentials, or social security numbers. Subscription billing is handled directly inside Stripe’s checkout flow; we do not need card numbers in email and do not store them.
- Do not send confidential third-party documents. If you need to share a document under an NDA or similar arrangement, email first and we will set up an appropriate channel.
5. Pre-Launch Updates
For product-launch timing and founding-100 availability, the primary channel is the homepage waitlist: /#waitlist. We email subscribers when a meaningful product milestone ships.
