- Yes — as long as your subscription stays active. Cancellation forfeits the locked rate; resubscription is charged at the then-current public price.
- Are there refunds?
- No. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We do not issue refunds for partial periods.
- What's the difference between Founding 15 and Round 2?
- Same product, same access, same data sources. Only the price differs — Founding-15 members locked in at $99/mo for life as a thank-you for showing up early. Round 2 opens automatically at $249/mo when the 100th founding spot fills.
- Are there usage caps?
- No published cap. Fair-use applies — operators running >500 reports/month for sustained periods may be contacted for a future Operator/Agency tier. The no-debrand rule in the Terms is enforced; explicit violation is grounds for termination.
